I began practicing yoga in 2005 seeking relief from the stressors of balancing my career with motherhood. I immediately noticed an increase in my ability to manage stress more effectively and an improvement in my overall well being. I made the decision to deepen my practice by enrolling in teacher training at Mind Body Zone in Fremont and then Yoga Source of Los Gatos. I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I currently offer classes in studio, private lessons and workshops.
